HIGH HONOR
- A student who has failed a course with (FF), (FD), (W) or (U) grades or has not taken a regular course in a previous semester must take the course in the first semester it is offered. (Article 16). The student may not drop or withdraw from these courses.
- The course load for Aerospace Engineering students is "6 course/semester".
- The course load of a student in each semester may be reduced by at most 2 courses on the condition that it is forced by the course schedule or an acceptable reason exists. In such a case, these courses must be taken in the next first semester they are offered.
- A student is allowed to withdraw from a maximum of six courses at most during her/his undergraduate program (one course at the most in one semester, and not during the first two semesters of undergraduate programs).
- The course load of a student with a CGPA between 2.00-2.50 may be increased by at most 1 course under the consent of the advisor. For those with a CGPA higher than 2.50, the course load may be increased by 2 courses. (Article 5).
- Students may repeat any course they took within the last three semesters for the first time. In a repeated course, the last grade supersedes all the previous ones. (Article 16).

UNSATISFACTORY
- The course load of a students with a CGPA between 2.00 and 1.80 may be reduced by at most 2 courses under the consent of the advisor. In such a case, the courses dropped must be taken in the next first semester they are offered.
CGPA < 1.80
SUSPENSION*
- A student in "Suspension" or "Suspension-Warning" status may repeat as many courses as needed to raise their CGPA above 1.80, provided that all these courses were taken within the previous three semester and the course load is not exceeded.
- It is not allowed for a student in "Suspension" or "Suspension-Warning" status to register for the courses they did not take earlier. (The courses withdrawn from with a W grade are considered not to have been taken.) However, any elective course taken earlier (DE.EL., FR.EL., NT.EL.) may be replaced with another one in the same category. In such a case, the replacement must be declared in the registration process.
- A student in "Suspension" or "Suspension-Warning" status who has passed the first HIST 200 course with a grade P may register for the second HIST 200 course.
- A student in "Suspension" or "Suspension-Warning" status may register for the AE 200, AE 300, AE 400 summer practice courses.
